CETA’s high quality fabrication service has 800 tonnes per month capacity with a production planning, project management and quality control team of specialized engineers in high technology production works. Welding works are carried out according to DIN EN 18800-7 and DIN 4133 standards of German Welding Institute.
According to the DIN EN 18800-7 Class E Compliance Certificate, there are:
- Certified welding and filler materials,
- In-house welding engineer,
- Certified welders,
- Welding procedure specifications (PQR,WPS),
- Material traceability system.
CETA production facility with 10.000 m2 indoor and 5.000 m2 outdoor workshop and 20.000 m2 storage area has the following equipment:
- 5 separate manufacturing lines with 50 tonnes crane capacity,
- Indoor shot blasting booth (L: 20 mt, W: 6 mt, H: 7 mt),
- 1.875 m2 paintshop,
- Automatic shot blasting and undercoat paint machine,
- Automatic optical and plasma cutting machine,
- Submerged and gas metal arc welding machines,
- Hydraulic bending, twisting, radial drilling benches,
- Special sheet and profile cutting machines,
- Stationary and mobile welding generators,
- Mobile and roof cranes,
- 2 ADM CNC beam drilling marking line.
