ISO 9001:2008 Certificate for process quality

ISO 9000 standards are quality management applications developed by the International Standardization Organization. CETA has an ISO 9001 compliant and written quality system in place. Certificated with TURKAK and UKAS accreditations according to ISO 9001:2008 standard, CETA guarantees its clients that applications and processes are continuously controlled, measured and developed in order to provide better products and services to its customers.

DIN EN ISO 3834-2 Certificate for welding quality

The ISO 3834-2 standard complies with conditions related to “process management” of EN ISO 9001. ISO 3834-2, is a standard developed by welding experts to meet quality needs of welded products. ISO 3834-2 includes details that complement ISO 9001. ISO 9001 defines only quality management system. ISO 3834-2 defines the quality requirements for welded products.

OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety

OHSAS 18001 is an international occupational health and safety management system. OHSAS 18001 has been developed by leading national standards bodies, certification bodies and specialist consultancies. OHSAS 18001 helps to minimize the risks for the health of employees and for the safety of the working environment, to improve the occupational health and safety management systems and to gain assurance by meticulous attention to the subject.

The scope of the OHSAS 18001 system:

  • Determining the risks for occupational health and safety and to minimize those risks through necessary measures,
  • Compliance with the requirements of related laws and regulations,
  • Determining targets for Occupational Health and Safety and developing management programs to reach those targets,
  • Providing necessary training for pertinent employees,
  • Making necessary preparations against emergency situations (accidents etc.),
  • Monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety system performance through audit(s),
  • Initiating improvement activities if necessary, based on the results of the audit(s),
  • Documenting Occupational Health and Safety activities and recording the results.

DIN EN 18800-7 Class E Compliance Certificate for steel construction manufacturing

CETA has been awarded the DIN EN 18800-7 Class E Compliance Certificate by the German Welding Institute SLS Berlin-Brandenburg.
DIN EN 18800-7 Class E Compliance Certificate proves that a company is qualified in the manufacturing of weight-bearing steel structures.

A company is required to have the following in order to receive the DIN EN 18800-7 Class E compliance certificate:

  • Certified welding and filler materials,
  • In-house welding engineer,
  • Certified welders,
  • Welding procedure specifications (PQR,WPS),
  • Required material traceability system.

DIN 4133 Welding Certificate for chimney manufacturing expertise

CETA has been awarded the DIN 4133 certificate by German Welding Institute SLV Berlin- Brandenburg. The DIN 4133 certificate can only be obtained by companies who already have the DIN 18800 certificate. It documents that the company is qualified to build chimneys.

DIN 15018 Welding Certificate for steel construction cranes

CETA has been awarded the DIN 15018 certificate by German Welding Institute SLV Berlin- Brandenburg. The DIN 15018 certificate can only be obtained by companies who already have the DIN 18800 certificate. It documents that the company is qualified to manufacture steel construction crane parts.

EN-1090-2 Certificate for steel and aluminum structure applications

EN-1090 certificate defines the necessary requirements for manufacturing of steel and aluminum structures, in addition to the conditions essential for the execution of CE marking which indicates that those structures are in complience with the EU health and safety requirements.

Based on DIN 18800, EN 1090 has a broader scope including competencies necessary for other fields such as; erection, painting and design.

Parts of EN-1090:
EN 1090-1: Essential requirements for the compliance supervision of structural elements.
EN 1090-2: Technical requirements for steel structures.
EN 1090-3: Technical requirements for aluminum structures.

CETA has been awarded the EN-1090-2 EXC 3 by GSI-SLV.
