ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for process quality

ISO 14001:2015 FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance. It helps an organization achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organization itself and interested parties. Consistent with the organization’s environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include:

  • enhancement of environmental performance;
  • fulfilment of compliance obligations;
  • achievement of environmental objectives.

DIN EN ISO 3834-2 Certificate for welding quality

The ISO 3834-2 standard complies with conditions related to “process management” of EN ISO 9001. ISO 3834-2, is a standard developed by welding experts to meet quality needs of welded products. ISO 3834-2 includes details that complement ISO 9001. ISO 9001 defines only quality management system. ISO 3834-2 defines the quality requirements for welded products.

TS ISO 45001:2018 FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

TS ISO 14001:2015 is an international occupational health and safety management system. TS ISO 14001:2015 has been developed by leading national standards bodies, certification bodies and specialist consultancies. TS ISO 14001:2015 helps to minimize the risks for the health of employees and for the safety of the working environment, to improve the occupational health and safety management systems and to gain assurance by meticulous attention to the subject.

The scope of the TS ISO 14001:2015 system:

  • Determining the risks for occupational health and safety and to minimize those risks through necessary measures,
  • Compliance with the requirements of related laws and regulations,
  • Determining targets for Occupational Health and Safety and developing management programs to reach those targets,
  • Providing necessary training for pertinent employees,
  • Making necessary preparations against emergency situations (accidents etc.),
  • Monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety system performance through audit(s),
  • Initiating improvement activities if necessary, based on the results of the audit(s),
  • Documenting Occupational Health and Safety activities and recording the results.

EN-1090-2 Certificate for steel and aluminum structure applications

EN-1090 certificate defines the necessary requirements for manufacturing of steel and aluminum structures, in addition to the conditions essential for the execution of CE marking which indicates that those structures are in complience with the EU health and safety requirements.

Based on DIN 18800, EN 1090 has a broader scope including competencies necessary for other fields such as; erection, painting and design.
