1981CETA was established in order to provide high quality products and services to clients around the world by combining advance technology with innovative engineering.
1981Won first international contract in Libya.
1987Started providing maintenance and management services for cement factories. CETA’s first client, Akçimento, (now renamed Akçansa), continues still as a client.
1988Received its first foreign company representation contract in accordance with the solution provider program. Today, thanks to these representations CETA continues to provide high quality, state of the art products to its clients.
1991Started to render electronic engineering services in factory electrification and automation areas. As a result, started to render all services to its customers to allow them to build turn-key facilities including automation.
1993Headquarters moved to the building in Levent at Istanbul city centre which served as company offices until 2005. The facility in Buyukcekmece, Istanbul, started production with an indoor area of 500 m² and outdoor area of 2000 m².
1999In line with its efforts to institutionalize, the company handed the management to professionals and the first professional general manager took office.
2000The capacity of Buyukcekmece manufacturing facility increased to 800 tonnes per month. Indoor area increased to 7700 m² and outdoor area increased to 6500 m². The machinery park was updated with the latest technology machines.
2003Received DIN 18800 and DIN 4133 Certificates from German Welding Institute SLV Berlin-Brandenburg.
2004Received ISO 9001:2000 Certificate from the independent auditing institution BVQI. Received ISO 3842-2 Welded Manufacturing System compliance certificate.
2005Included among Turkey’s top 1000 exporters, and has maintained this success every year since.
2007Received the Export Incentive Award from Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
2008Included among the list of the second top 500 Large Industrial Organizations of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry. Received OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate.
2009Received the Export Incentive Award from Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
2012Received EN 1090-2 EXC-3 Certificate from German Welding Institute SLV Berlin.
2013Headquarters moved to Yenibosna. Kirklareli facility started manufacturing with 10.000 m² indoor and 30.000 m² outdoor area.
